I have always been happy with 2092 based class d designs I have made.
The LC filter changes the switching frequency into a sine wave on the output so it doesn't radiate much. Even then some designs put out very little carrier if filtered correctly.
If you want something higher fi then up the carrier frequency and have a higher filter break point.
