Mmm, a bit wary of being off topic in a thread I just cleaned up, but thanks.

The only reason I put off splitting the thread till now was that I had to think of a suitable title... not easy

To be honest, most of the reward of being a mod is not thanks from members, (although they are always appreciated ), but seeing things run smoothly, and the member and post count constantly rising.
