Sundown scv6000

I have a sundown scv6000d that had several mosfets blown in the power supply. Replaced all bad parts and I have the amp up and running, but one of the banks in the power supply has a slight deviation in the square wave as compared to the other three.
Is this a problem? Picture A is the 3 banks picture, B is the one in question. thanks for any help

That's generally because one bank isn't being driven properly.

Thanks Perry, the drive signal on the mosfet gate looks the same as the good ones.

With no power applied, what's the resistance between the drains of the FETs in one bank to the drains of the FETs in the other bank?

From the B+ terminal to the FET drains in each bank?

All 0 ohms

Measure resistance from the source legs to the ground terminal.

I don't have an answer if there are no breaks, the drive waveforms at the gate legs of the FETs are identical and the FETs are new.
