Are the outputs in 2 channels still heating up?

Have you tried the outputs you are using for replacements in a working channel to see if they're causing any problems there?

Work through the limiter until you're relatively sure that the problem is resolved. 4 ohms is a bit high. 2 ohms is more commonly used for small to medium amps like this.

I will order New fets, and then try again. I think The mosfets are Bad batch. Because The other channel is working well, and no heating

Are you saying that one repaired channel is OK but the other is not, even though both use the new FETs?

Yes, i took another fets, and now one channel is working. After a minute The other channel blown.

i wanted to order the FQP22P10, but they are not avaliable at mouser anymore. Can i take 22P30 instead?
The N-Type 33N10 is still availiable

FQPF22P10 may work. You'd remove the original insulators and use only heatsink compound between the transistor and heatsink.

the company replaced FQP22P10 with IRF5210.

ok, should i match the p and n chanel fets to the same vgs on, or is it enough, when p-fets are matched and n-fets matched?

The N-channel will almost always have a lower VGSon.

The parallel FETs must match (date code is generally good enough).
