Rail voltages on the rectifiers are at High side: 56v Low side: -56v. Measuring with a DMM. Without the outputs in measuring @ the gate pad high side 52.3vdc, ref secondary. Low side -51.15vdc, ref secondary. With .001 cap high side 52.16vdc low side -51.04vdc. Using a new cap, not getting much difference in signal at all.

With a working amp and a full load of outputs, the 0.01uf made essentially no difference so you need to find why your drive is collapsing (a bit confused what you have with the various posts which seem somewhat inconsistent).

When I mentioned the rail, I meant that the drive, when it drove back to the rail (turning the FET off), it needed to go to within 1v or less of the rail. Probe the rail and then the drive signal (when loaded with the cap) to see if the drive still goes back to within a volt of the rail.
