The driver 2110 is in good condition.
The output signal that goes to the 264 is not clean at the moment of connecting the audio output transistors. And it produces a high-pitched noise that does not know where it originates

For those reasons I want to know how to measure the square wave output signal of the 2110 without connecting the 264 transistors

I can not make measurements with the 100hz tone.
Transistors take high temperature quickly.

Yes . The triangle waveform if it appears on pin 6, but with some distortion

The low side should produce a drive signal when driving a 100Hz signal into the amp. You should see the PWM on pin 7 of IC172.

The scope appears to be having trouble triggering. Try adjusting/changing the various trigger level and options to see if you can get it to lock.
