should i return a sony head unit for a pioneer one?

i ve got this sony cdx 1200 u (entry level unit) on amazon, but i read that sony head units are not good. so i have doubts on whether or not returning it and getting a pioneer deh 3900bt

it would be 65 bucks vs 110 bucks as regarding the prices.
is it worth the trouble? I would have to take it down from the car and wait for an another week with no car stereo soo

Last I looked Sony actually owned design centers and manufacturing capacity. Pioneer farmed almost everything to contractors.

I wouldnt bother.
In that budget they will be all almost the same, just look for the features and design.

Yeah that s because usually there are threads where people say that "Sony sounds terrible " lol well yeah anyway it works really well and imo sounds great

Dunno I would get something on 100 bucks range tho. Aren't the pioneers the best regarding sound quality ? I like commercial edm with a lot of bass
