Good day i have a 600.4 cobalt amplifier it was working fine,it just went dead when i checked the board i found a capacitor on the power supply area shorted .it was a 22uf 25v i replaced it and the amplifier came back on.but now all four channels play low no distortion i checked everything on the power supply all components read according to spec. i am getting positive and negative 15 volts and also high voltage. i checked switches gain controls all were good i changed the preamp ics but still no change. if i wet my finger and touch the preamp section the audio come back loud. so i checked the resistors, capacitors, transistors all read good. i also checked for broken prints, it is a single sided circuit. can any one give me any advice on what to check next.
