Can't help with a circuit I'm afraid but I can see from images that the power supply seems to be 24 volts DC for the NAD PP2E (you said PPE2?) and so if that is the same then 25 or preferably 35 volt rating would cover all eventualities.

35 volts would cover everything. From what I read the audio stages run from around 20 volts DC and so even 25 volt working would be totally fine.

Why not just measure what is across the caps and use that as a basis. Even if the caps are missing, the voltage across the empty space should still be realistic. BP caps will only be used in the audio section for signal coupling and feedback I would imagine.
