Problem with Kenwood 600T Tuner

My Kenwood 600T Tuner was slow to come on, there is power(lights come on), but one channel would take 3 minutes or so to have output, then the other channel would come on 2 minutes later. Had it repaired and they replaced "series pass voltage regulator transistor". Worked fine for 2 days and is now starting to take longer and longer to power up and have output, with one channel taking longer to have output, as before.

Any ideas before I take it back and have it sit for a month at the shop?:confused:
