Ben Duncan AMP-02 Phono stage

I have an AMP-02 phono preamp that's been sitting in a cupboard for many many years, now I've got it out it appears to have a fault.
I had a clear out some time ago, and the original articles were amongst the stuff thrown out, would anybody have a schematic of the phono stage?
