Philips GP 390 phono cartridge?

Does any body have any experience of a Philips GP 390 electret condenser (ceramic) phono cartridge? It was made mainly for the European market between 1968 to 1972.

I'm looking for any old Hi-Fi articles about its as I’m trying to find out if the stylus can be removed/replace?
