I have a buffer preamp, see from specs input imp 1.8K for ucd250lp and that gain is said to be 13db. Can I just feed the non inverting input and tie inverting input to ground? Or does one get even lower gain, or take away from performance power wise? Would think not since output still has output - as ground, rather than both hot implying amplification of each signal and guessing the balanced input primarily for flexible application.
