I have a strange problem with this 7kw Zenon board. Everything works correctly, PWM on output transistors, +/-105v on rails, nothing visually wrong. But when I test the amplifier with 1ohm resistors, it goes silent and comes back on, goes silent and comes back on. I'm leaving a video where you can see it clearly. This phenomenon only occurs when more than 3kw is drained at the output.
PD: It is not a problem with the measuring instrument. It has been tested with another amplifier and there is no problem.

Do you see pulsing on the output of the over-current comparator when this is happening?
Did you use the original driver board that was in the amp?
Did you use the original driver board that was in the amp?
Where should I check those pulses? If the drive board is the same, the output has not been repaired.
That's good enough. I just needed to see what the board was.
Do you see pulsing on R21 of that board that swings from ground to approximately 15v when the audio drops out?

Hi Perry. I placed the voltmeter (positive on the resistor R21 4.7R and the negative to ground. The value, at rest is 0.064V and when it starts to cause the problem, -0.129V. It is an approximation, since these voltages are not stable.
The pulses may be too quick for a multimeter to catch. This is referenced to ground (confirm). You can use your scope.
Do you know how to use your scope in differential mode? I'm assuming that it's a mains-powered scope.
I don't think I've ever heard of a mains-powered scope using isolated grounds. I knew they used isolated grounds on their VDS1022I.
This is only one point in the troubleshooting. If there are no pulses coming from that part of the protection circuit, we will have to look elsewhere... but we have to start somewhere.
What are you using for a power supply to test a 7kw amplifier to full power?

ok. Well, tomorrow I will try with the oscilloscope.
I have a bank of 2000F supercapacitor + 4 Brazilian topology power supplies of 200A in parellel. The loads are 4 power resistors, 4ohm 2Kw. configured in parallel 1ohm 8KW

This has nothing to do with the repair. Just curiosity.
The electrical circuit that you have the four 200 amp supplies plugged into, how many volts and what's the circuit breaker on the circuit feeding them? Here, it would take a circuit of ~50 amps at 220v to power all of that.
