Hi!
Finaly - after more than 4 months - Zen v4 got it's own home 😀
For today - 'cause it's too late here in SLO - we've stop the final assembly - but I assume tomorow will be the "D-day" ...
But nevertheless - I've allready have some photos - and I'm just so happy I feel I must show them to others!
Thanks for all past and future support to all of you and especially mr. Nelson!

Some figures - the base between heatsinks is (250x250)mm2; heatsinks are Fisher's - HR250 - the height is 145mm - I've got them free of charge - so why not use them ...
The front plate is 5mm thick. Rest plates are 3mm ones ..
Nothing special used "inside" - standard stuff - Elco's are Jamicon; polypropilens are Wima MKS4; resistors standard ones; wiring will be Kimber 4PR ... BUT - the sound seemed quite superb! - when the ampa was tested - so I've decide to supply him with a good chassis .. He deserves it!
Thanks again to all!
More about sonical impresions shall come in next days!

Awesome
Stabist,
The amp looks great!
Can I ask, how did you get the vents cut into the top plate?

About those vent holes - they were done by machine.
As a matter of fast - this housing is "No2" - I tried to do the first one all by myself - but it didn't work out OK - so for this one - I decided to "call a help" - a friend of mine is a "machinist" (don't know the right expression) with a very good equiped workshop - and so those holes are a part of his work.

That does it, I'm getting new friends. Where exactly do machinists like to hang out?
