13 uf? Try any good polypropelene film cap , the best (and most expensive) caps are film and foil like MIT PPFXS , V cap or Inficap etc
150 uf - expensive - try Solen if you want all film, but a new 120 - 130 uf electrolytic with the last 20 - 30 uf Solen would be good cost effective alternative
You need to see what space you have and what build quality and cost of the rest of your system is - it needs to be balanced - no sense buying ultra expensive caps if the rest of the system isn't at the same quality of build. Also the speakers are 25 years old - check to see if the workers are OK- no rotted foam surrounds or treble panel tears before you start.

Thanks for the advice,
I have replaced the foams with great success and the ribbons are very good. The rest of my system comprises, Myryad mi 240 amplifier, original cd 2008 cd player, sim audio moon 100D dac, rega p25 TT, cambridge audio 640p phono amp, viablue ultimate signiture phonos, *naim nac speaker cable and james audio mains conditioner.
The bennic caps for the ribbon are labelled "bennic pmt 10.0k 100v" and there are 13 quantity per speaker.
As far as cost I would like to be within a £150 budget all in.
