Xover for 9900 & 8545

mounting them in the door of your car opens up a whole big can o worms. Enclosures are usually incorporated into the design of a crossover. By mounting them in a car door, you may get some nasty resonances or peaks that may need to be tamed with the crossover. Best thing to do is get them in the doors of your vehicle, take some measurements, and builed the crossovers based on the measured values.

I know this doesnt really help much.

Spacing between the center of the woofer and the center of the tweeter can affect the response of a crossover. The spacing here is 6 5/8", or 167 mm. Of course, in a car, you cannot control such things, but if the spacing in your vehicle is anything near that, especially less than that, you should be okay.
