XMOS DFU error in windows 10

Windows 10 Device manager shows error of both
1. XMOS DFU
2. XMOS USB Audio 2.0

I have try reinstall driver but fail.

I think I have to flash XMOS firmware.

Can I did it by myself without hardware tools?

The XMOS drivers that came with my dac had the DFU utility software in the driver folder. No hardware needed.
