WTB: 2SJ79 & 2SK216

Does anyone have any 2SJ79 and/or 2SK216 MosFets that they are willing to sell at a reasonable price, or perhaps know of a reputable vendor? I need at least two of each.

They're are plenty listed on ebay but from China?

If the pinout is correct, the MOSFET is genuine.

Careful with the K216/J79 from China. Most of them are reprinted and voltage breakdown is much lower than real ones.

I see the 2SJ79 (renesas?) listed at Kessler Electronic in Germany. I have bought from them once years ago... also near obsolete parts (for a Dynahi). Parts were genuine...
They also list a few of the 2SK216.

I have bad experience with Kessler: or fake parts, or package missing during shipment. Kessler never answered any of me mails.

Donberg is having these still for sale I see.
