Hello, I'm asking if it's safe to use visston ws 20e without a crossover? Looking at the graph it seems impedance rises above 5000 so it's probably not going tl generate heat.
It's advertised as low/midrange driver and i just want to check yo be sure .

Don't worry about breaking it, that will be ok.
It will however sound quite 'forward' as the mids are louder than the bass.

I've tested the woofer in a cardboard box with a hole opening, the bass is stronger than my portable speaker but weaker than my "home theater" system.
I assume it will be stronger in a wooden vented enclosure but we'll see.
