Good day forum
Can someone help me with the correct placement of my wiring from transformer to rectifier to PCB please

Better we don't guess! Please describe clearly what it is you are aiming to do here.

Is it a marriage of an old transformer with a new digital amplifier board?

The power connections on the board appear to be -VCC, + VCC and GND, in which case it requires a double ended power supply and should not be wired as shown in your top image.

Can you supply the specification sheets for both amplifier and transformer?

Do you have a multimeter?

First you have to know which leads from the transformer are from the primary and which are from the secondary. It is also important to know if the secondary is a double that also has a middle terminal for GND.
The wires of the primary are connected to the input AC connector, the wires of the secondary are connected to the gretz (AC - AC). From the gretz (+) wire goes to the (+) connector on the power supply board and the (-) wire to the (-) connector on the power supply board.

Thanks zek! So, rectifier (+) to +VCC on amp, rectifier (-) to -VCC on amp and the centre tap of the transformer to the GND terminal of the amp.

It should first be established with a voltmeter that the two blue wires carry the low voltage AC from the transformer secondary winding and that the black wire is the centre tap of the secondary winding.

This example schematic may help:

(The capacitors shown in the schematic are already incorporated in the amplifier board.)

Thanks Zek and Galu, that's a 8 chn powered mixer,I took the wires of the rectifier to replace it,so when I got the new rectifier I couldn't remember how to place the wires from transformer to rectifier and from rectifier to the board but my blue black blue is 45v-0-45v,sorry for asking I'm new in this
