I am math instructor at high school and community college, I am planning to tutor students via video conference softwares such as Google Hangouts, Skype, GoToMeeting, etc., showing me while I am solving math problems on a whiteboard. Since I am shamelessly blank on electronic equipment, here is my (dumb) question:
Since I will be moving around freely in front of the whiteboard, I need a wireless earpiece and microphone which can be connected to my laptop and from there to Skype. Can anyone give me suggestions and links to such equipment? I can afford only price under $100, if that is possible at all. If it is not, then give me pointers on ones that come with extra long cable.

Someone here may have some great ideas on it, but why not go to a pro? A local computer store should be aware of available products. Don't gamers use such things all the time for their role playing games?

Have you discussed this with the media department at the college? In my day it was the audio/visual department, not sure what they call it today. I can't believe you're the first person to want such a thing. Even if they don't have it, they ought to be aware.
