It would be interesting to know what you have got planned for the IGBTs. They are not widely used in audio. 😀
i never tried them, but i was interested when they were first released. i'm not sure but i think i remember reading that the devices were prone to latch-up problems. naturally, that wouldn't go well over well for building a quality, reliable power amp. i think nelson pass released a product using them years ago ; maybe he will comment ....

Elector did use them back in 1995 with the IGBT Power amp and a 250 Watt sub amp.I've both and also a design from Mark Alexander The Current Feedback amp that uses those IGBT trannies.

Afaig, the front end input of the first IGBT amp was by Papa's hand, while he was still at Threshold, but everything behind it was Michael Bladelius' .....doing.
