Where to buy small LCD TV Monitor

Hi. I'm new in this field and I would like to know where I can buy for cheap a small LCD TV Monitor with NTSC input, size 4" approx.

I would like to buy from the US or Canada, or maybe some of you have one that he would like to sell.

I want to install that as a monitoring screen in my home theater setup. I want also to use it to access the menus when using my multi format Pioneer DVD.

There are plenty of portable DVD players on eBay, sold as faulty. A good proportion have perfectly good LCD sections and external video input.
