Where in the UK can i get some (4) 100V 27000uF-39000uF screw terminal electrolytic caps?
Farnell and RS dont have any suitable parts, tried digikey and found snap in style at 27000uf.. but doesnt quite fit the bill.
There must be somewhere?

There's lots of new stuff available, including Epcos Sikorel caps. Typically much cheaper than the usual suppliers.

Farnell do stock a 100 Vdc 27000µF screw terminal cap, here http://uk.farnell.com/2036745/passi...d-chemi-con-36da273f100dl2a&_requestid=123485 the only problem is you'll have to pay £16 handling as it's shipped from the US. But having tried a fair few of the UK parts suppliers I can think of I've not seen any others I'm afraid. Hope this is of some help.

Thanks for replies, yea i check Ebay occasionally and havent seen anything yet. Ill keep my eyes open though.
Thanks Ewan i was looking at the same ones on Farnell, as you said theres a handling fee and they're out of stock with no estimate for restock so i wonder if they're discontinued.

Out of interest what are the caps? and how old are they? (im replacing old caps with new so i want a good life cycle from them!)
AndrewT, yea i would do that if i had a bit more space in the chassis, its pretty tight and there's only space for 2 big caps :/. Thanks for the suggestion though.
