The architecture looks northern European, so could well be Finland or Scandinavia, but then again, there were a lot of immigrants to the US from that area, so could well be in the US. I think we can discount Holland though... 😉
How did you get a picture of my house? 😉
I don't think anyone will be able to tell you exactly where that is. Certainly looks to be from a northern country. Could be from Iceland, Ireland, or Scotland.

I don't see any cars or driveways.
Whoever lives in that house either doesn't have a car or doesn't mind walking a long, long way to get to it.
Doesn't look like the kind of place that has a corner store nearby, either.

Switzerland maybe? Looks like a great place to live though, no complaints about noise from the neigbours 😉

Could be anywhere where they have mountains and evergreens. I'd expect a steeper roof anywhere there was lots of snow... it could be from a lot of places in BC or western Alberta (or anywhere in the Rockies for that matter)

Is that a thatched roof?
If so, that would mean European, right?
Also I see some white gravel around the house, and just the hint of some more white gravel at the top left which might be a road.
Maybe we don't see a car because the driveway is on the other side of the house, and the road is behind the house.

Hi KW,
I see a wood roof so it's likely western red cedar, yellow cedar or even pine.
The hut might be the biffy aka privy.

Well, since this is the last post by the person, it's just become a fun guessing game.
I guess 😉
