My amp gets 220v in, which goes through a toggle switch. After the toggle switch I want to split the wire to go to different parts. What's the safe way to split 220v wire?
Err, don't. Use two separate wires from the switch. Are you only switching one wire? Both live and neutral should be switched
A small dedicated sub PCB with 220Vac input and several output points would be a preferred method. The board would have to be correctly mounted of course. You could also incorporate separate fusing for each feedout done that way.
Scottjoplin, I have this switch which has only 2 connector tabs:
APEM 631H/2 / 6313676 Tuimelschakelaar 250 V/AC 15 A 1x uit/aan vergrendelend 1 stuks

Its the sort of thing you would make really, to suit the specific application.
Another option would be to run a wire to a chassis mounted 20mm fuseholder, and from there (the input side of the holder) to other fuseholders, one for each extra feed you need. Simple and quick to do. Fuseholders can be bolted to a metal chassis with a plastic insulating sheet under the area for extra safety.
The above assumes the chassis is grounded (mains protective earth). If not then the fuseholders would need to mounted on an insulating base so that no conceivable fault could cause the live feeds to come into contact with the chassis.

That is a single pole switch, ideally dual pole switch is used to switch both live and neutral because it is safer as it is possible they can become reversed. What do you want to connect the supply to?Scottjoplin, I have this switch which has only 2 connector tabs:

220v goes via switch to smps, and also to a power out connector. This way I can power my external preamp from my amp, using the same switch.
Or well, that's the idea.
