That's some serious (field coil) wide range compression horn specs, so otherwise best suited to a matching impedance tube amp with variable DF tone controls, the once 'ne plus ultra' of high end audio, radio/recording, etc., apps.
Don´t think so.
It´s lacking/hiding a TON of parameters, but I was instantly put off by the HUGE moving mass of 418 grams ... almost a pound!!! 😱
Is that a loudspeaker or an Industrial shaker?

Well, Fs, Vas, Qts spec wise it's makes for one serious bass horn driver and with an 11" dia. Sd for a 12" frame can 'see' a massive, near zero stroke driver to handle the high CR required for a very wide BW.

I would build a ROAR-like split path QW 8th order BP and use some (heavy) DSP to even out the response.
Green trace is 0.5 Pi and red trace is 2.0 Pi.
This kind of driver does something no other drivers can. They sound powerful, tactile and physically overwhelming in a way that must be experienced to be believed. And even more so when it is combined with a high order QW designs with lots of acoustic positive feedback. This is a near perfect home theater driver for anyone that does not have neighbors close by. It is the Caterpillar D11 of HT bass (where most people are used to a Toyota Prius in comparison).

can DSP the living jango out of it to feel better.
just a comp burb, or a rumble generator for home theatre.
12" would go in the same old 2 cubic feet probably.

BW: Ask the "car people" or even fire-off a mail to CP Audio and see what they say (maybe they have some magic BP-type recipe). I think it's down to what your application might be and how big a box you want. Seems like you could wring-out an "auto-horn" outta HR if you could deal with all the delay actively. If a different kind of pipe is interesting, try a (enormous) front-loaded horn, maybe. FWIW.
