What size would the casing be when using a 4.3" LCD

Greetings all

After reading this site I see that it is the size of the LCD that makes the greatest impact upon the final size of the projector casing.

I wish to use my PSP screen (4.3") in a projector, the aim being to create something small and quiet to play my games on a large (50 inch projection would be perfect for me), sharp, widescreen projection.

All of the PSP related tech has been handled (controller interfacing, UMD loading etc....) I need some estimates on how big the box housing all of this will be and how much noise it will make.
