Can anybody identify the small component that is on top of the 3.3uf capacitor? It is in parallel with that cap for the tweeter and the brand looks like a Z and the component is labeled 2700J. Maybe it's a bypass capacitor but I really can't tell. I can't find the schematic for these speakers (Realistic Optimus 900).

Try Styroflex Polythene capacitor.

2700pF 5% polystyrene capacitor from the looks of things.
The other thing I noticed is that none of the electrolytics appear to be bipolar/non-polar types which seems highly questionable in a crossover.

The 3.3uF cap that is bypassed by the polystyrene cap is labelled bi-polar, the 10uF I can't see the label.
And adding 2700pf to a 3.3uf cap is like throwing bricks in the Grand Canyon 🙂

One of the electrolytics says "Bi-Polar" right on it. I would assume the other is as well, just rotated out of visual range.
Thanks everybody. That's what I thought it was. The crossover isn't the only part of this speaker that is "questionable" but I am re-doing the crossover and some other stuff to make it a bit better.
