Ok, so:
1. the naming of the mosfet is different, but electrically, no difference for the routing
2. there is no space of the resistors if one wants to connect an output to make a preamp. Resistors would just have to be put "in the air"
Is that a correct understanding ?

Hi,
My board are made from the gerber release by Wayne here
Everything is explain is the Build guide.
I also have a populated one. I don't use headphone anymore, I just don't put it in a box but it is a fully working board.

- no resistor before the pot. These are used to modify overall gain. You can build it without them and it will work perfectly.
- the mosfet are different because Toshiba are hard to find. You can remplace them with FQP3N30 / FQP3P20 or even IRF610 / IRF9610.
