Westlake inspired studio monitors?

Dear friends, nice to meet you all.

Long time ago I planned to build something big, westlake-looks (and sounds) for our recording studio. Not the 1-to-1 copies, but inspired of they spirit. I was collected the info, made blanks for the horns from beautiful amarant wood, found the detailed horns plans at the Audioheritage (thank you once again, mr. Widget!).
But, the times, there are changin' and the prices are changin' too. Today prices for 4001, or 2441, or 2235...
Few days ago I remembered my dream project again, looked for any new info or suggestions and found very cool things, many thanks to diyAudio! So, now I can take AE TD15H instead of 2235 and Radian 950PB instead of 4001|2441. Wonderful!

Now I need some advises, before I'll take my saw..
What supertweeter you can suggest for my project? As I understand, many Diyers really love the Fostex T90A. Can I choose it for replace the 2405? Or I totally must find the 2405 or 076 for the Westie's mojo?
And another question is enclosure. To vent or not to vent? I plan to make the sufficient big box, like 4x12 guitar cabs, ± 6 ft3 with only one 15" woofer, because the AE TD15H can handle really more power than 2235. So, can I go without vented ports, or I completely loose the lows in this case?

Thank you in advance, sorry form my English))

Which model of the Westlake are you considering?
Old style 3-way, something like this, but with only one 15":

Thanks!

The Beyma CP21F will better match a radial horn than the Fostex. It sounds decent.

The best treble I have found to use with big 90 degree radial horns is the Faital WG101 line array horn loaded with Celestion CDX1730. Very nice sound

Isn't the vertical dispersion (20deg) a bit limiting with the WG101 while the horizontal too wide (140deg) to match with typical 90deg mid horn?

Those radiation angle numbers are not correct at the frequency a typical mid or large format driver will be used to in a radial horn. look at the radiation between 6-12K - the radial is narrowing as it goes up and the wg101 is widening as it goes down

FaitalPRO | HF Horns | WG101

Vertical -what I do , as others such as Westlake, is center the treble horn between the upper midrange radial and the low midrange driver/horn. tight radiation vertically there can mean less interference.

Thank you, friends!
Will try CP21 for the first time, its pretty cheap and I can buy it any time)

I couldn’t find a model that use just one 15”...😕 In any case, by using all different drivers (even as good as they are), it may not have much to do with Westlake any more, so you can do pretty much whatever you like with the layout and the driver configurations.

As I said, it's not a one-to-one West, but West-inspired, something like this:
Thanks for the Help

And what you can say about vented ports? To vent, or not to vent?))
Thanks!

Beyma SM115K is a nice woofer. I use 4 of them. They give OK bassresponse in moderate boxes.
I also use CP21F but in mtm-config with 8G40 woofers.
I'm satisfied with the tweeters, really nice but I'm thinking of swapping them to horn with CP380M instead.
The 8's beam a bit to much. In all other respects they sound fantastic.
