I'm trying to build my own guitar amplifier, but I want to add 4 potentiometers to this circuit. Volume, Mid, Bass, and Treble. I am a complete newbie to audio engineering and electronics, so any help as to where I can add these potentiometers, as well as their resistance would be greatly appreciated.
That schematic is a power amp section with an LM1875 ''chip amp''. It has fairly low impedance input which would not be suitable for plugging in an electric guitar.
You want to add a tone stack (Treb, Mid and Bass) and a volume control, which would all be in a pre-amplifier section. It would also add some gain to the guitar signal and have a much higher input impedance.

Have a look at the preamp circuit (first part of project 27) by rod elliott:

Edit: why not continue your previous threads, by the way? It would probably allow more useful answers.
You even had a preamp already in one of your several other threads, all dealing with the same project ...
