I am looking for a budget full range speaker for up to 15$. It will be capped at 150 or 200Hz. I only had experience with Visaton FRS8 M in that price range and it sounded pleasant (as much as 10-15$ speaker can ofcourse). So before i order them i was wondering if there are some better alternatives in the ultra budget segment ? I would prefer dimension around 3 or 4".
I haven't heard the Visaton, but this guy is one of many in this price range that is known to be a lot of bang for the buck:

You can do a search on the Parts Express website for full-range drivers and search by price. I think you can do the same at Madisound.
The NS3 is a very well regarded 3inch driver. Pretty easy to find a design or two for it as well.

Faital 3FE25A. 3" Very dinamic and maybe a bit sharp
Vifa TC9FD 3.5" . Nice and relaxed, sweet treble
I prefer any of them to Visaton. Both work well in many enclosures, as Frugelhorn Lite or Karlsonator

This one looks very promising. I have other ones similar but they had Nd motors and cost more. This has inverted half roll surround, aluminum cone for high reach, and is 8ohms. Looks like it could be used in Karlsonator or Tabaq easily.
