Anyone can comment on this schematic as power supply filtering as opposed to the conventional way for ClassD amp?

that first C will need a good ripple rating to survive continuous loading.
A set of parallel pairs, triples or even quads might be better there.
Again a low value resistor feeding each of the smoothing caps meets the same philosophy as the rest of the circuit.
I would call the example shown a RCRCRC. The first R being the source resistance of the transformer and connecting cables.
