My working horse,Proton AC620 CD Player, never bring me trouble for more than 10 years until few weeks ago. Its remote control was broken by accident. It equiped with CDM4 layser pickup and SAA7210/7220 TDA1541's traditional good sound combination.
I like its sound and really like to keep it, but without remote control, it sometimes drive me crazy. 😡
I thought that since it equiped with CDM4, may be the Philips' remote control will work on it. But it doesn't.
Does anyone knows where and how to get this damn remote control? Unviversal rc may not be working since it has no original rc to learn.
