Have you contacted Vincent?
German designed (or with design input), built (AFAIK) by Shengya in China, they are your best bet. If they won't help, then you may have to trace the circuit.

are those bigger resistors connected to the plate terminal of the preamp tubes?
I have fixed an old hybrid Shengya amplifier VL-250, those resistors from HV B+ to plate terminal burned also.
its value is 6.5K-ohms together with the bleeder resistor 220 K-ohms.
if not, you may still need to trace the circuit.
Good luck dude!

No schema's of this SV226, sv226MK(2)you can find ok, but it is another type with 3 pre amp tubes instead of 4.
