VGA to Tv Out Converter

I have a little 7"LCD that I want to connect on my laptop. But I dont have a tv out and the LCD doestn have a VGA connection..

Is there a Tv/tool box wat does the trick? One that can convert VGA signals to tv out..

I only found tv-out to vga?

Or doest it work both ways?

what video card do you have on you computer?
isn't it better to upgrade it witha "tv out " card with 68mb video memory?
warning sometime these cards doesn't detect the lcd you have to connect the output on areal tv then connect the lcd
