I have used the (excellent in my opinion) SMSL Ta2020-based device as internal amplifier.
Now I need to make a simple battery charger that have also the feature to be used as a normal power supply for the times that you have power available or your battery is too low.
As battery I have used a kit of 10x 4000mA/h Ni-Mh accus, for truck models use, that came quite cheap and handy.
So I have scketched up a very basic circuit, that would suffice in my opinion (see attachment).
I will have trash the nice SMPS that come with the SMSL, and recycle a laptop 15 V unit, unfortunately, since the 12 V provided from the former are too less for the battery, but that is not a big deal in the economy of the project.
Any comment/suggestion?
