I have recently been given four Luxman MB-3045 monoblocks (one has a tranny missing) and 13 of the VERY RARE 8045G tubes.
I have a Hickok TV-7D/U tester but have no idea how to test these tubes on it. Any help would be most appreciated!
Ultimately, I plan to sell the amps and tubes but I'd like to know how much life if left in the tubes before I list them.
Thank you!

I have fitted KT88s to these in the past, with good results. Pin for pin is the same except connect pin 4 to pin 3 for triode mode or pin 4 to the HT through a 220R 5W resistor for Pentode/Beam Tetrode (depending on the maker of the KT88/90/120 as some are pentode and some are beam tetrode) mode.
Unfortunately there is no valve test for 'amount of life left'. All you can get is 'working', 'failing' or 'failed'. If 'working' then you cannot tell whether they will continue to work for 10 hours or 10000 hours.
