Hallo, I'm a bit new to the filed so my question.
I have an advance acoustic mcd 204 whose mechanic just failed (it blocks on track three, keeps on with the usual triangle, sound ceases but after a while the track number will increase).
Cost of repair is likely more than its used value, repairer is offering me some spare pieces but the price for spares is great as well, and I shoudl buy probably too many pieces as well.
I was asking myself if its coaxial or optical outputs could be somehow used with an external mechanic, with the 204 acting as a converter, or if there is a way to do so.
In short, if there might be an hack capable of using it as a converter.
