Just began checking out LCD-projection,so forgive my not knowingness.
I think the smaller the display to project the better the projection will be?
So why not use a lcd from a digital camera, they are cheap.
Only : how or with what connecting the lcd-display to display what pc gives?
Plz help me out on this and i'm rocketering...

I dont own a digital camera but have seen the picture quality when I have taken shots of friends. The quality is horrid compared to lcd monitors. They are just designed as a guide for you to take the picture. Do you think they would put a 400:1 contrast ratio lcd with 30ms or better response time in there. It would be throwing money out the window in manufacture. Its not required. The larger you magnify a image the better the projection optics have to be. A 15 inch lcd will have much less magnification right?

Then the LCD-diplay togheter with a old dia projector , you have the projector unit (smal) , lens , and lamp all in one.
Dia's are same sice *** an lcd display from digital camera, the correct distance is maintained.
Only how to connect the lcd display to a pc, help me out.

problems:
1. resolution. a small VGA LCD will cost around $1000 alone, I don't think any Digi cams use it. the one on digicam probably only 200x150 at most (maybe much lower).
2. responding time. digicam is used for static pictures, so the lcd doesn't need to be fast. (faster = unneccesory high cost)
3. interface. I don't know any way you can feed video into camera. only alternative is to point the camera to a TV, and project the image on the LCD viewer, then you can get lower resolution blurred images.
