is that an usb audio interfaces avariable to convert usb audio signal to optical digital signal that is 44.1kh sampling rate with 16 bit ? please tell?

IF SO WE CAN TAKE THE USB SIGNAL FROM COMPUTER AND PUT IN TO any D/A comverter is there any ?
