I may have misunderstood the question, but it seems like you can derive the cuts from the angles they provided (I highlighted them in yellow).

An externally hosted image should be here but it was not working when we last tested it.

I wrote the final angles assuming a straight right-angle cut as "90" although depending on the tool you use straight up and down might be 90 or 0, so adjust accordingly.

Perhaps somebody would be kind enough to check my work, but I think it's correct.

Aha , THANKS !!!!!!!!

but i don't know the dimension's of that board's .. the angle one's .. there is nothing writed on them ..

Oops, I'm sorry - I did misunderstand, and did the easy part that you probably already knew. :xeye: I'll see if I can invoke the ghost of my high school trig well enough to figure the lengths...

OK:

The first one should be 1/cos(30) * 270
cos(30) = 0.866, 1/0.866 = 1.155
So the length should be 1.155 * 270 = 311.85

The third (longest) should be 1/cos(15) * (656-152)
cos(15) = 0.966, 1/0.966 = 1.035
Length = 1.035 * (656-152) = 1.035 * 504 = 521.64

I don't really know how to approach the shortest piece, since there are no right angles. I know it's possible to calculate, but I'm not confident enough in my skill in this area to give it a go. Sorry.

And again, I wouldn't go cutting a bunch of MDF based on these numbers unless you can get similar results in software, or somebody comes along and agrees I've done it right.

I think i found the solution .. thanks for you time !!
My result's were :

The first one ( the front one ) : 365 mm
The second one ( the longest , it face the scoop ) : 515 mm
And the small one , the bridge: 140 mm

I got a milimetric paper and draw a 1:5 scale model ... they i mesure those number's..
The value are close , i think the best is to cut them bigger and adjust them with my saw .. ( circular saw )

It does look pretty big,the 18 inch version is massive[the size of a wardrobe].
In my Eminence High power loudspeaker design and construction book,u can build a 12 inch version just shame that ain't on the net anywhere, but if u want, when i've got my scanner for my work,i'll post you a plan of the 12 inch scoop[not much bigger than the average 3 way pa enclosure].

I whould really be happy if you post the plan !!!
The scoop isn't finish yet ... it's an 15 " version made out of 18 mm MDF .

The scoop curve isn't finish , also i have to cover the whole box with a textile material , recomanded for speaker's and some connector's .. and the most important a driver ... hope it will be an selenium driver or an eminence one .

Promise to post a picture with the finish scoop's and the windows of my room breaking 🙂)

I didn't tell you ... i'll run those speaker's and some 4 way speaker + subwoofer ( 12" ) in a 5 meter by 4 meter room 🙂 hope that no blood from my nose come out .. ( this is what happen last time a tryed a combination of speaker's similar )

My bedroom is pretty large 8m length x 6m, gives a big storage space for scoops. I use the scoops in my bedroom when my Mum is out, luckerly house is fully detached and got double glazing,so i can play as loud as i want when Mum is out.But mostly use them for discos and medium venues and squat raves.:smash: :smash: :smash:

darkm4n thats so cool
i love it when people build basshorns and show pics, and use them in their homes like me 😀

my 40hz uses 8" cheapie speaker i obtained for 19$ (10$ US )

120db in the car(20watt input'), 115db in the house at listening position (5m from horn)

being 25watt rms woofer,it has serious power compression at 20watt input, so im buying LAB12 woofer (500watt) i think

That would be class, Id really like to make a pair at a reasonable size.
