just to recommend a wifi multiroom DIY module for those who love audio DIY stuff.
Up2Stream is a small WiFi multiroom preamp DIY module, it supports
-AirPlay,
-DLNA
-MULTIROOM
-Spotify
-24bit/192kHz
-lossless audio files, like FLAC, APE
...
Up2Stream can be integrated into active speakers or amplifiers to upgrade the old ones to the new wifi enabled. attached two pictures for my active speaker integration work.
for more details you may check

and I also found two youtube video, the guy integrate and DIYed an amplifier with Up2Stream

Hi
I am new to DIY and as a first project I am trying to build wireless wifi audio using Up2Stream wifi module (by Arylic) and WONDOM JAB2 (2x50W) and JAB3 (1x100W).
However, I don't know how to make connections with wifi and bluetooth are mutually exclusive. When I connect with wifi and try to stream the music, bluetooth connection should automatically be disabled.
Secondly, how to I connect 3.5mm input too and all three inputs mutually exclusive.
Appreciate any help.

Endpoint/renderer upnp/dlna audirvana
Hi,
Looks interesting.
Can this be used as an endpoint/renderer in a upnp/dlna Audirvana environment?
Thanks in advance

I would like to know:
What is the maximum WAV format bit depth and sample rate, and what can typically be achieved in a home environment when you are not near the WiFi router?
What level of synchronization can be achieved between 2 modules? This is extremely critical if you want to successfully use two modules to create a pair of active speakers...
Is there any plan to implement a digital out, e.g. toslink spdif, so that users could connect a separate DAC and have electrical isolation between RX and DAC/amp?

I would say yes, since it's working with roon via Airplay.Hi,

Any update on your project below? I am doing the same.

I thought this module held some promise as a small streamer as well. However, during testing and configuration I found it locked up repeatedly, and I had to unplug it to reset it. It also exhibited small clicks and pops when changing inputs. Not good. I abandoned the project. Also, only worked with roon over Airplay which meant no hi-res playback. Nice concept though. Just needs more refinement to take it seriously as the basis for a playback/streamer device.
