unworking TDA1562q amplifier

I've built an amplifier with the TDA1562q and when I plug everything all I hear in the speaker is something like an electric sound, i check at the speakers output and the potential is of 13V, just like the DC input.

Please help me solve that problem

Put a scope on it and trace it down. How is the output bias? Can you post a schematic for your amp?
