They're from a Melbourne manufacturer. KSW Electronics.
You can get access to a feature on them here:

Txs guys, good to know some info, a shame the article is to fine to read, be nice to know if they are speakers worth buying

Check the cones and magnets, unless they are JBL class most speakers differ only in quality of material used, and not much else.
Please be clearer when posting as to why you need the information.
Expect to pay 5 - 10 percent of new price for good condition speakers, any more means they must be in very good condition.

Called the KSW 924, the speaker is a three-way, four-speaker system housed in a floor-standing, bass reflex, tower enclosure. It has two 25 centimetre bass drivers to provide ample low-frequency capacity. Care has been taken to ensure that the design is efficient so that low-powered amplifiers will have little difficulty driving them at particularly high volume levels without running out of breath and creating distortion. The speakers carry a full three-year warranty and can handle up to 90 watts (RMS).
I would open them up and test the crossover capacitors. And see if there are clues as to what the drivers are, or just hints as to their quality. And remove any dead animals or other things that don't belong.

Hardly!
Good speakers are good speakers and classics are expensive, if you are talking white van speakers over 40 years old I concur.
If they are the speakers I think they are the drivers are from Coral but the XO is a very simple one.
They are as advertised tho, somewhat better than the ones supplied with "all-in-one"systems of the day.
Might be worth $50- might be worth $500- but I doubt it.
Pull the drivers out and post pix of the drivers and XO in the multi-way forum for a better answer
Made in Australia, unlikely to be superlative.
And we all know that the design and material quality are the distinguishing features of speakers.
A check and audition would be best.
I have purchased many Philips speakers here for very little.

100 Rupees ($1.35) each...
All in working condition, mild damp damage to some cabinets.
And some gluing of Velcro to hold grilles in place was needed for one pair.
$ 50 to 500 is a different league altogether.
New 15" subs are $20 and up here.

It's interesting that you should collect these speakers, NareshBrd.
May I ask you what you plan to do with them?
Refurbush and resell perhaps?

No!
A few of us friends went to the weekly scrap market and got a lot of junk.
I got a few amps and speakers, a portable typewriter, a wicker recliner. Some other minor things, computer connectors, and so on.
Over some months, not all at once.
Then I said enough. 2018.
Getting there at 6 AM was too much of a disturbance.
I have enough amps and speakers, some are as spares really.
One of the group is a trader, he found record players, cameras, records, video games, their cartridges and so on.
A Sony Watchman once...
Then developed the sources to service cameras and electronics.
He sells that stuff in multiples of purchase price.
I have other things that I prefer to spend my time on.
The photo was just to show the OP that there should be something special about the speakers to buy them. And price is quite negotiable.

Same as the rest of us diy hoarders!I have enough amps and speakers, some are as spares really.
Thanks for the reply. 😎
Yes, four pairs (2.5 in pictures), in spare, and a pair of small PA speakers, the 2 inch x 4 inch elliptical Philips ones with transformers.
3 working sound systems, 2 awaiting repair....as spares.
4 systems working daily, their speakers not part of above count.
Enough, I think.

From PAGE 14 different qualities. They do not radiate sound to their sides, nor directly up nor down. In fact, with the aid of an equaliser in a medium-quality system sporting an amplifier with an output of a 100 watts or so, a pair of dipole radiators, which is what the acoustats and Magneplanars are, offers new dimensions in decor, and experiments in acoustic geometry for the serious enthusiast. All boxed speakers are not as versatile in this regard. BUT many changes in the design, and development and use of raw materials, have been incorporated into the more traditional speaker systems to improve their performance. One of the more innovative developments, in terms of getting away from the original cone or diaphragm concept, is the Heil air motion transformer (amt) named after its inventor, Dr Heil. The Heil amt is really a true departure from the original 1925 concepts because it does not use the normal cone or diaphragm principle, instead its "diaphragm" is a sheet of teflon softly folded into many small pleats. Aluminium foil strips are threaded through the pleats and these are connected to the amplifier. The sound signals in the aluminium strips cause the pleats to open and close at the same rate as the sound which is to be reproduced. As the pleats open and close they literally squeeze the air in and out to create a sound wave. The term "transformer" refers to the transformation of air motion around the pleated driver, not to the more common notion of an electrical transformer. Because the Heil amt is a dipole radiator its rear radiation can be used for effect by controlling Its reflection from walls, &c. Heil amts are used in speaker systems made by the ESS Incorporation In California, USA. International Dynamics in Moorabbin are also local representatives for ESS and should be able to provide further details. With digital audio and the audio home disc on the way in the foreseeable future, the whole practical dynamic range of systems, speakers and rooms, and the distortion they Introduce, must come to meet stricter demands. The speakers and power supplies will soon be the limiting factors on the size of the system. What will a speaker look like in another 50 years? Improve your cheap sound When buying an audio system a good rule of thumb is to spend half your budget on a speaker system and the other half on the turntable, amplifier, tuner and cassette deck. On a limited budget, however, it is difficult to stick to the rule. Manufacturers of some low-cost systems don't even try to keep to the rules, it just isn't feasible. If they are trying to sell a system for $600 or $700 and the components without the speakers are worth about $500 then it will follow, despite everything the salesmen might say, that the speakers are worth no more than $100 or $200. Replacing the speakers which come with a low-cost system or three-in-one unit is often the best way of getting a dramatic Improvement in sound quality- The original speakers can often be wired in with the new ones and installed in another room in the house to spread the music, and your enjoyment of it, further.
