In my opinion (FWIW), your proposed Fb might result in a boominess to the bass. If you can tune the box just below the FS of the driver, you will get better extension below 30hz and a flatter in room response, with room gain added in and no boom.

Also, you are showing a lot of power into the woofers and they would likely be well into over-excursion at that point. If you click on the Vented Box tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet, you can see what is happening with excursion and port air speed, etc.

Using your settings and changing the tuning to 25hz, here is how they would compare.

To keep the drivers from going into over-excursion, you would need settings more like this. Also note that the port size can be much smaller as a result of lowr power settings.

...So, the box volume gonna be 80L and Fb 32Hz...

Hi,
If you lower fb a bit down to 26-27 Hz in your 80 L box, a simulation with MJK: s software gives this result:
Picture 1(2)-2(2).

Note that the amount of damping material used and where it is positioned. This is also affecting the simulation and taken into consideration.

I chose venteb box, but the program suggest close. Is that OK?!
In closed case was the fb too high.

You can go vented for any drivers with a Qts below ~0.4 or 0.5, unless the Mfg does not recommend it.

Nothing wrong with your alignment, it has a bit more power handling than the usual "optimum boxes" most newbies go with.

Thank you all for some tips. So I have been busy last days, just building my own garage🙂
I have played with Unibox, I am agree that 80L and tuning to 25-27Hz, is optimal.
Now, if we take midwoofers, I have 2 Audax AM130z2 for each enclosure. Should I use also Unibox for midwoofer simulation or how I can get box volume for those?

ps!in Unibox i got around 5L for 2Audax, sounds too small.

R.R-keep discovering🙂

I would not call the Audax AM130Z2 mid-woofers but instead midranges. Use a volume between 2-5 Litres per driver and cross over to woofers/mid-woofers (lowest at130 Hz).

Vb vs. Physical V
So, I have question about stuffing (adding some dumping materials to the walls). I just read SpeakerW. Manula and there was suggestion about it. They suggest to make enclosure about 0.75*Vb if you are using some stuffing material (for excample wool). I used Unibox calculating enclosure Physical V and i also used "walls covered" option. I got result for 80L (Physical V, Vb was 85L). It means that I need to build enclosure for 80L?!
Ok, but the things confused me is SW suggest tip like 0.75*Vb, so it makes in my case 0.75*85L ?!
Finally what Physical V should be then?!

Thank You.
