I have a pair of Dayton PS-220-8's , trying to decide best design cabinet to put them in? So,what would be the pros and cons between the two? That is Ultra-flex and Karlsonator.

I'd generally suggest something that's designed for them, rather than trying to force them into enclosures designed for something else. YMMV as always of course.
Spec wise this driver dictates a near enough T/S max flat alignment: Vb = Vas, Fb = Fs, so could be converted to Ultraflex/Onken venting scheme, ergo presumably the Karlsonator also, but as Scott implied, they would need to designed or you might wind up with needing mass quantities of digital frequency shaping for best results.
