UHP 150W lamp

Any one know where to get a UHP 150W bulb for a SIM2 SDV100 projector? Mine just blew up with only 260 hours (approx) on the lamp.I got this one at myprojectorlamps.com last year. Supposed to be rated for 2000 hours. The only other number on the original bulb was CZ 003.
